We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything and with easy access to ski areas in the Gastein Valley. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly reception to the attentive housekeeping. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the well-maintained spa and wellness center to the indoor swimming pool. We also appreciated the beautiful mountain views from our balcony.
We highly recommend this place to others.

The location of the hotel was very convenient since it was close to the city center and public transportation. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods, especially the bread and pastries. The room was clean and had comfortable beds.
The hotel lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear everything that was happening in the hallway and the nearby rooms, which made it difficult to sleep.

the location couldn't be better, with easy access down to the other ski areas in the Gastein Valley and plenty of delicious restaurants in town. Plus, the hotel is located right across the road from the bus stop. the room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. the bathroom was also top-notch with modern features. the breakfast served here was simply delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
I did experience some less than friendly treatment from the staff at the reception.

We enjoyed the clean rooms with great views and the wonderful spa area. The hotel offers a large car park and is located in a quiet area close to the bus station that connects to the ski areas in the Gastein Valley.

We spent New Year at this hotel and it was fabulous. the food was delicious, especially the desserts which were incredible. the location was great, with the ski bus stopping right outside the hotel. the spa facilities were very relaxing and well-kept. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the steam room was a treat after a day of skiing.
Although the staff were friendly, they weren't particularly helpful when we needed assistance. We also found some of the furniture in the room to be a bit outdated.
